All employees including management and supervisory staff are responsible for the company's health and safety performance and everyone is expected to participate in the Health and Safety program.

Before commencement of work, all employees complete a comprehensive orientation. This orientation includes and is not limited to Safety Orientation, Construction Safety Training, and W.H.M.I.S. Employees attend regular safety meetings and are supported in continuous job related learning. Camdon Construction has been certified by the Alberta Safety Construction Association with the Certificate of Recognition (COR) and has won awards for Best Safety Performer in 2006 and 2007.
